Responsibility

Delegates are solely responsible for their belongings while at the venue. The organizers disclaim any responsibility for theft or loss of items belonging to delegates, speakers, or attendees, regardless of the cause. We encourage everyone to exercise caution and take appropriate measures to safeguard their personal belongings during the event.

Insurance

Please note that conference registration fees do not include any form of insurance coverage. Attendees are encouraged to arrange for their own insurance as needed. For further details on insurance options or inquiries, feel free to contact our event organizers.

Transportation

Kindly be advised that all transportation and parking expenses are the sole responsibility of the registrant. Participants are encouraged to plan accordingly and make suitable arrangements for their travel and parking needs. For additional information or assistance, please reach out to our event organizers.

Press/Media

Permission from the Noveltics Group Conferences Organizing Committee is required for press coverage. Press representatives may not quote speakers or delegates without prior written approval. The Company name is an impartial nonprofit organization not affiliated with any commercial meeting companies.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security reasons, letters of invitation will be issued exclusively to registered conference participants. Upon completion of your registration, please reach out to [email protected] to request a personalized letter of invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Transaction Charges:

Please be advised that for refund transactions, any associated bank charges will be the responsibility of the registrant. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to contact our support team.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Registration Transfer:

All cancellations or modifications to registration details must be submitted in writing to E-Mail. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this process. For any assistance or clarification, please feel free to contact us through the provided email address.

Cancellation Policy:

If Noveltics cancels the event, registrants will receive a 100% refund. Upon registrants interest, they will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee. This credit can be utilized for another event within one year. We appreciate your understanding and look forwad to welcoming you to future events.

Postponement:

If Noveltics postpones an event for any reason where you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a 100% credit for the registration fee. This credit is valid for one year from the date of the event's postponement. We appreciate your flexibility and hope to accommodate you at a future event.

Transfer of Registration:

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other individuals from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made in writing by the registered person to [email protected]. The transfer details should include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Your cooperation in this process is appreciated, and we aim to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

Visa Information:

Participants are urged to apply for visas well in advance due to increased security measures. Noveltics Group does not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Business visas should be sought.

Note on Failed Visa Applications:

Visa-related issues are not covered by the cancellation policy of Noveltics Group, including visa denial.

Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend the conference and cannot transfer your registration to another person or event, the following refund measures will apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
  • Full Refund Minus USD 100 Service Fee: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a USD100 service fee.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the conference start date will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • E-Poster Payments.
  • E-poster payments are non-refundable.

Please note that the refund policy is in place to cover the costs of venue rental, printing, shipping, hotel accommodations, and other overhead expenses incurred by the organizers.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Hotels have their own cancellation policies, which typically apply when cancellations occur within 30 days of arrival. It is advisable to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your accommodation booking. We will provide you with the specific cancellation policy of your accommodation provider.
